Cost Effective & Modern Renovation

This 80’s home was looking tied and needed an upgrade and some new ideas. We had our Designer liaise with the owners to come up with a cost effective and modern renovation.

All windows were replaced, all bathrooms and laundry completely remodeled. New kitchen design incorporating a new rumpus and external area.

The main change was to the front elevation in removing the old decks and creating the bay windows.

The owners love the new modern looks and being able to stay in the area has been the greatest outcome.
