Pool house, cabana, and extension to the first floor. This project was testing as we had to keep the elegance of the area and amalgamate it with a modern tropical touch. We added in a spa into the existing pool to create that at home holiday feel.

This project goal was to be able to capture the sweeping water views from all entertaining areas

70’s era home conversion to elegant modern family entertaining with pool oasis as feature point. This was designed by our in-house team and creates a vacation escape vibe by creating different usable spaces.

This inner city dwelling was a single story tiny house which we turned into a 3 bedroom,3 bathroom, living and combined kitchen dining with a separate 2 story garage studio, with bathroom completed for executive rental. We turned this project with size constraints into a spacious house with storage throughout. The courtyard area with architectural touches is the perfect private area for entertaining and combining the 2 dwellings.

The Fountain Café was a non-trading tenancy, left as a Chinese Kitchen, we transformed the space into a functional café with a Mediterranean feel. Ground floor comprising of a new bar, commercial kitchen and restaurant all to meet an art deco design. Basement being refurbished toilets and open plan seating area.
