In January 2011, having obtained all the necessary approvals and having contracted the services of Step Up Renovations (NSW) Pty Ltd, building works commenced on a two story construction, designed to be a home office and upper story rumpus room on our property.

The construction involved completely rebuilding the existing single story structure which was originally a garage with an upper story extension comprising rumpus room and living area, complete with bathroom and associated works.

From the date of agreement (late on 2010) till completion in April 2011, the team at Step Up demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and customer service, both in terms of the workmanship as well as keeping me as the customer, fully informed every step of the way.

For the consumer, building and renovating can be a stressful experience with many horror stories of shoddy work and “rip offs” on display daily in the media, so selection of the right company was critical on the process for us. I am pleased to say that Step Up not only met but exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with the end result.

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and level of communication by Scott who supervised the construction and was my “go to” contact at Step Up as well as the construction teams comprising Craig, Brad, John and Ben, who did a first class job. Thank you.

For anyone contemplating a building or renovation, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Step Up Renovations.
