Step Up Renovations have just completed my classical Hamptons style home and pool renovation just in time for summer, on time and on budget. Nathan and the team were just great to deal with, open lines of communication, no mess, no fuss and we built a great rapport.  I would have no hesitation in recommending this experienced team or using them again on my next renovation.

The Step Up Renovations (NSW) team headed by Nathan made my home renovation process such an easy experience. They handled everything whilst keeping to my vision of having an open plan living inside to out and wanting to keep my water views yet remain private. Step Up are always my first stop when looking for a builder for domestic work; new building or renovations/. On every occasion that I have engaged them they have performed with diligence and have executed their work to a high quality: what is more, they always go the extra mile to ensure that the client is totally happy.

Their most recent job for me, completed in January 2018, was the creation of an apartment in the ground floor (car parking level) of a 1960’s apartment block in Maroubra. It was a difficult job executed with great skill and attention to detail.

In January 2011, having obtained all the necessary approvals and having contracted the services of Step Up Renovations (NSW) Pty Ltd, building works commenced on a two story construction, designed to be a home office and upper story rumpus room on our property.

The construction involved completely rebuilding the existing single story structure which was originally a garage with an upper story extension comprising rumpus room and living area, complete with bathroom and associated works.

From the date of agreement (late on 2010) till completion in April 2011, the team at Step Up demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and customer service, both in terms of the workmanship as well as keeping me as the customer, fully informed every step of the way.

For the consumer, building and renovating can be a stressful experience with many horror stories of shoddy work and “rip offs” on display daily in the media, so selection of the right company was critical on the process for us. I am pleased to say that Step Up not only met but exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with the end result.

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and level of communication by Scott who supervised the construction and was my “go to” contact at Step Up as well as the construction teams comprising Craig, Brad, John and Ben, who did a first class job. Thank you.
