Stunning modern design

70’s era home conversion to elegant modern family entertaining with pool oasis as feature point. This was designed by our in-house team and creates a vacation escape vibe by creating different usable spaces.

Utilising the high ceilings of this two bedroom beach side apartment, we created a stunning extra functional space by adding a mezzanine to the main living area. Consisting of exposed beams, dropdown Murphy bed, library, study nook and Zen space. To incorporate the stairs to the new layout, the kitchen was updated into a bright modern functional space.

This inner city dwelling was a single story tiny house which we turned into a 3 bedroom,3 bathroom, living and combined kitchen dining with a separate 2 story garage studio, with bathroom completed for executive rental. We turned this project with size constraints into a spacious house with storage throughout. The courtyard area with architectural touches is the perfect private area for entertaining and combining the 2 dwellings.

The Fountain Café was a non-trading tenancy, left as a Chinese Kitchen, we transformed the space into a functional café with a Mediterranean feel. Ground floor comprising of a new bar, commercial kitchen and restaurant all to meet an art deco design. Basement being refurbished toilets and open plan seating area. We were instructed to transform a rundown accommodation block into a well-presented short-term accommodation comprising of 22 studio apartments, with a new three storey lift and new fitout throughout. The base build works were then handed over for the client to fit out and create a Hotel in the heart of Campsie.

We were approached by the owners of a home at Dee Why to tender on a renovation. The scope was to bring the old home up to a stunning modern design created by their own architect. A Step Up Renovation Internally designed. A full renovation and layout change, which included load bearing walls to create an open plan feel. We also worked with strata throughout and upgraded the External creating more parking and a pleasing aesthetic feel to an old run down unit block.

We had a great opportunity to renovate a complex of 6 units in Neutral Bay. Two units we completed a full renovation and others we just completed smaller items. The external was also renovated with new roof coverings and painting. All balconies were upgraded to a modern finish with glass handrail and new tiling. This is really a nice project with lots of compliments and feedback.
