Knockdown of previous dwelling to create a boutique luxury duplex with high-end finishes. Optimized layout with high ceilings, open plan living, Hamptons beach vibe to co-exist with the surrounding environment. The end result of this sophisticated duplex is one that we are proud of.

Pool house, cabana, and extension to the first floor. This project was testing as we had to keep the elegance of the area and amalgamate it with a modern tropical touch. We added in a spa into the existing pool to create that at home holiday feel.

Sydney’s Inner West lifestyle, modern contemporary pool fit out and refurbishment stage 1. Elegant white accents throughout the home paired with soft white and yellow tone marble  features with the gold fittings create a striking space. This family home oozes warmth and crisp clean style. The pool was designed to be a low maintenance area, surrounded by a stunning deck and grass feature to create the perfect space for families…

Continuing with the theme of the home we added a striking bathroom and laundry refurbishment. The loft master bedroom was installed with beautiful cabinetry to utilise all spaces leading into the ensuite and study room. Downstairs we created a functional dining area by adding a partition wall with gas fire too separate in the area from the lounge but keeping the open plan flow space.

Back lit joinery makes the night views for an exceptional living spaces

Knocking down the original dwelling we added dual occupancy facade with striking white recrafted brick walls and white cladding, softened by the natural timber features and hanging plants. The theme was continued inside, to create a white crisp free flowing living spaces opening up to a backyard pool and entertaining area.
